Watched football games but fell asleep for a while. Played games in the morning and afternoon, and fell asleep around 4. Got up around 9, without skipping the dinner. Skipped the cycling exercise and decided to rest for a week, before start the next plan, because my left knee occasionaly hurts when I stand up. Nothing bad, but not good sign. Maybe the plan is too intensive and I should turn back to more basic exercises. Slept around 6.5 (2 + 4.5) hours and completed nothing today. For this week, slept around 37.5 hours and completed 40 pomodoroes.
