 Went to bed after supper and slept for a shot time. Got up around 9 to watch something, including football games. Scheduled to do a cycling exercise around 4, but I didn't fell very good for that. Soon I became sleep, so slept before and after breakfast. Got up at noon to have lunch, then did the cycling exercise in the afternoon. Slept around 7 (1 + 6) hours and completed 5 pomodoroes for exercise today. For this week, slept around 54 hours and completed 67 pomodoroes.
