 Slept after dinner and got up around 9 to play FC and watch anime. Watched some live streaming after midnight, and watched a football game around 3. Planned to do a cycling exercise after that, but I was too sleepy. Got up at 7 to have some dumplings, then went to the bedroom for more sleeping. Got up at noon to have lunch, then played piano for a while. Did the planned cycling exercise then, but apprantely, even 150w was too hight for me. So I set my FTP as 120w. May be a litter low, but I could set it higher if I felt too easy later. Completed 5 pomodoroes today - two for learning and three for exercise.
