 Slept after dinner, and got up around 10 as usual. Watched anime then and started to read books after midnight. Worked for some time afterward and did a cycling exercise around 5. Unsubscribed Zwift before since it's rather expensive, and it had been a while for me not to look at the screen while exercising using Zwift. So turned to Garmin's training plan. Though I wanted to make running as my primary training, but, as previous weeks showed, it's too risky to run with a 90-KG body. Sadly, Garmin's watch cannot control my trainer, so I had to keep an eye to make sure I was cycling at the right power level. And I mistakenly chose a workout that was supposed to complete two months later, because the workouts were sorted alphabatically. Played piano for a short time after breakfast, then played Civilization until around 10, when I fell alseep. Continued to sleep after lunch and woke up around 4. Completed 9 pomodoroes today - one for learning, two for exercise, and three each for work and reading.
