Slept for a short time last night. Got up and started to work around midnight. Tried to use HKT, but found it not very helpful for me in the end. Turned to new round of refactoring then. Planned to do a cycling exercise around 5, but felt not ready for it, so worked before and after breakfast. Went to sleep around 8, but still can't fall asleep. Actually fell asleep after lunch as yesterday, looked like my sleeping schedule had been shifted completely. Got up around 5 to have breakfast. Will try to sleep again then. Completed 14 pomodoroes for work today.
