Slept for a short time after dinner, then got up and watched football games. Became sleepy around 12, so went to bed. Got up at 7:30 to have breakfast, then did nothing. Can't remember what I had done in the morning. Played FIFA after lunch, and got tired around 3. Suddenly rememebered that I needed to write journal after dinner. Gonna take a bath and watch football games after this. Completed 44 pomodoroes this week. Gonna gradually rebuild my daily life pattern next week, like washing teeth and face? The goal for the next week, I'm not sure, 50?
