Fell asleep soon after dinner, but got up around half past 9. Got up then to watch three Serie A games consecutively, and ordered some barbeque to eat. Apprantly I was stuffed and sleepy at 5, so I went to bed instead of doing the running exercise. Skipped the breakfast and slept until noon. After lunch, listened to some podcasts and ran for 5K. It took me less time to finish it than last time. Afterward, kept listened to podcasts until dinner. Now I am going to sleep.
