Fell asleep soon after dinner yesterday. Woke up at about half past 10, got up to eat hot dry noodle. Went to study then, but didn't have motivation to do anything, so went back to back to sleep. Got up again at half past 4 to have a cup of coffee. At 5 changed clothes and run. It was a little reckless, I should play RingFit and Fitness boxing first, after a week or two, when I feel ready, I can run. But I was quite uncomfortable, felt pains in waist, back and stomach sometimes. I supposed my weight was almost 100 Kilograms and eager to exercise. Of course, I would stop running if I find anything wrong. After that, had rested for a while, have breakfast and then had played FIFA until 9. Went to study to read out some articles and do some reading. Still four pomodoroes in all, one for exercise, one for English, two for reading. Played FIFA after lunch, and then went to study to sleep. Woke up at half past 5 and wrote journal. I am waiting for the dinner, then I can go to sleep again.
