Played piano after midnight, and then watched football games. Did a cycling exercise around 4. FTP had been raised to 180W, so it's harder. Didn't sleep in the morning, played games instead. Went to sleep after lunch and got up around 5:30 to have dinner. Slept around 5.5 hours and completed 4 pomodoroes today - one for learning and three for exercise.
