 Watched some football games last night and slept between 1:30 and 3:30. Went to sleep after breakfast and also slept in the afternoon, without skipping the lunch. Got up around 5:30 to have supper, and did a cycling exercise two hours later. Slept around 10 (2 + 4 + 4) hours and completed 5 pomodoroes for exercise today. For this week, slept around 52 hours and completed 60 pomodoroes.
