Went to sleep after supper as usual, but didn't fall asleep before 11. Woke up around 3:30 and got up immediately to have a cup of coffee and watch a football game. Didn't do the planned cycling exercise due to insufficient sleep. Slept in the morning and got up at noon to have lunch. Played piano afterwards and worked on refactoring for some time. Rested for a while after supper and did the planned cycling exercise. Slept around 7 (4.5 + 2.5) hours and completed 11 pomodoroes today - three for exercise, and four each for learning and work.
