Fell asleep soon after dinner and woke up around 1. Played Civilization for a while and got up then to watch a football game. Planned to do a running exercise around 5, but felt quite sleepy then. Fell asleep again after having breakfast around 7, and woke up around 9:30. Rested for a while and did the planned running exercise around 10:20. Played Zelda after lunch, then returned to my study room to work, but just did some refactoring on the procudure of setting up databases. I didn't mean to have a rest day today, so I didn't mean to reach this week's goal in the first four days. But there were only 6 pomodoroes away, so I didn't have strong motivation. I did try to start the mobile app, but both iOS and macOS system had updates and I had to download new iOS runtime, which was quite slow. Tried to did a cycling exercise as well, but there was no easy one left, all of them lasted at least 1.5 hours. It might be dangerous so I gave up. Completed 4 pomodoroes today - one for exercise and three for work. And completed 63 pomodoroes on this week's weekdays. To be honest, coding is really energy-consuming, so if I focused on working, basically I can't complete many pomodoroes in a week, or get involved in other activities. So I am thinking about limiting the number of pomodoroes I can spend on working in a week, maybe 40? Then project management is necessary, which is another good thing. Anyway, the most important feature for my project is storing values, as well as backup and recovery, then I can use it to save my data, like payments, exercises and project plans.
