Watched some football games last night, ordered some fired chicken and beers. Oh, had to be beers. Fell asleep around 3, and woke up around 7:30. Got up then to have breakfast and play FIFA. Planned to do the running exercise in the morning but had no motivation around 10. So did the running exercise around 1:30 instead, while listening to some podcasts. Rested for a while, and did the cycling exercise around 3. Not very difficult. Completed 3 pomodoroes today and 68 pomodoroes this week. I had expected my schedule to become flexible and not to distinguish between weekdays and weekends, that's why the goal had been set for the entire week. But at least for present, I don't have strong motivations on weekends. And whether going out for riding matters a lot while I can't guanrantee I will always do that on weekends. So the goal will be set for weekdays, while I will still include weekends when summarizing on Sunday. Something like "completed 65 pomodoroes on weekdays, and 70 in all for this week". For the next week, the goal will be 65, obviously. And I may exchange weekday(s) and weekend(s) when needed.
