Well, the running was not easy, because last night I felt some discomfort in my lower back, especially when lifting my legs. Fell asleep around 11:30, and woke up around 7. Fortunately, the pain disappeared after getting up. Anyway, long running is still dangerous for me, I think I shouldn't run for over 20 minutes. Had been exercising hard for a week. Got two reasons for that. One is, I plan to go out and find an apartment during golden week, or the week after that, then I can't exercise during that period. The other is, it has been ten weeks after my weight had dropped below 90kg (July 5th), and my weight was still over 85kg (85.95kg this morning). Losing 0.5Kg per week is ok, but below that is unacceptable. Last week's training was very productive, made me lose almost 2kg in 5 days. Obviously I will get hurt if I keep training like that, but let me try it until my weight drops below 85kg. Worked on my project then. As always, spent a lot of time on refactoring, including reverting yesterday's refactoring. And I was not a frontend guy, so it took me some time on auto-expand collapsed component and auto-focus text input. And they still can't work properly. Played Zelda after lunch, then continued my work. Implemented the funtionality of adding new field, but now I get a new idea... did the cycling exercise around 4, didn't feel any discomfort afterwards. Played FIFA after dinner, then did the running exercise around 10. Didn't feel any pain, but felt like I was about to get a muscle cramp. Completed 15 pomodoroes today - four for exercise, and eleven for work.
