 Fell asleep after dinner, and woke up around 9:30. Got up then to watch football games, do the running exercise and refactor my code. Fried some chicken, had a pack of potato chip and had a bottle of 5.0 black beer around 1:30. Got sleepy around 3, so returned to my bed and fell asleep round 4. Got up at 7 to have breakfast, played FIFA and Civilization until noon. As yesterday, worked for a while after lunch, then did the cycling exercise while listening to some podcasts. Rested for a while, felt recovered so did the running exercise. Obviously I was not recovered. Completed 10 pomodoroes today (actually completed 3 after getting up yesterday) - three for work (one on yesterday) and severn for exercise (two on yesterday). Completed 73 pomodoroes this week, which is slightly better than last week...and I didn't take any English lessons this week, usually they will take serven. So the goal will remain 80 for the next week.
