Had expected that I would sleep early last night, because I didn't sleep much in the morning, and had been riding all day. Nevertheless, I didn't, seemed like I was not very tired in the evening. Fell asleep around when Liverpool scored their third goal. Woke up at 2 and got up immediately to watch football games. Did the running exercise at 5, then played FIFA. Had breakfast around 6:30, then continued my playing. Too part in an English lesson at 8, then watched a football game while doing another running exercise. Returned to my bedroom to play Zelda afterwards. But didn't play for long because soon I became sleepy. Took a nap before and after lunch, woke up again around 2:40. Waited for a while and didn't do the cycling exercise until I felt better. But the merged data seemed wrong. The distance I rode was around 29 km, according to Zwift. But in merged fit file, it was around 35 km. Not sure what's the problem. Completed 7 pomodoroes today - 2 for English and 5 for exercise. Completed 86 pomodoroes this week. It sound reazonablt to set 90 as the goal for the next week. But I don't want to push myself, at least for now. So it will remain 80.
