Didnt' fall asleep until 1. Woke up around 7 and measured my weight immediately. Thank god it kept exactly the same as it had been yesterday. But it may reach 90 kg tomorrow because I ate too much today (2 bags of potato chips and a cup of ice cream). Returned to my bed and slept again after having breakfast. Got up again around 10 and played Zelda. Rested for a while after lunch, then did the cycling exercise while listening to some podcasts. Afterwards, took part in an English lesson at 4. Played FIFA after dinner, then watched some live streaming. Went to the living room and did the running exercise. But it was too hot, I didn't finish it. As a result, completed 5 pomodoroes today (2 English + 3 exercise), and completed 69 pomodoroes this week. Just one away from the goal. Hadn't been motivated these days, maybe because of the hot weather, or losing weight too quickly (almost 1 kg per week for the last ten weeks). So, 65 would be a proper number for pomodoroes I could finish in a week. Nevertheless, since I had started to work on my open source project, and I can go out for a walk after dinner under current schedule, it is possible for me to complete 80 pomodoroes next week.
