Fell asleep soon after dinner, and woke up around 1. Got up then to make a bowl of pea and mixed sauce noodles (豌杂面). Listend to some podcasts then. Watched football games at 3. Afterwards, did the running exercise. I found my running training plan would end in Sunday next week. I won't do that exercise because 10K is apparantly too long for me. It seems that the exercises don't improve my fitness much so I am thinking about improving them. Maybe I should walk for one hour everyday? As I remember, it was during the period when I walked to work that I experienced the most rapid weight loss. I will repeat the running and cycling plan. By the way, the cycling plan will end a week later than the running plan. And Zwift has changed its rule, now the training will be available until the end of the plan. So cycling exercises are delay-tolerent, I can do them in the last week. Playing RingFit and Fitness Boxing seems not very effective, but I will do them for exactly one month more. After the new Zelda game is released, I will turn to strength training, although I have never showed great interest in it and never had a habit of it in the past. Played piano after breakfast, then fell asleep watching HBK08's video of Red Alert 2. It was so hypnotic. Got up at exactly half past 9 and headed to the study room. But I was too sleepy and fell asleep again. Practiced English after lunch, mainly watched some vidoes explaining the pronouciation from "English Rabbit". Did some job search then. I was not so sleepy after played RingFit at 2. Completed only 7 pomodoroes today - one for learning (piano), two for English and four for job search. By the way, I made a mistake yesterday. I forgot to include playing the piano when I counted the number of pomodoroes.
