Watched football game last night but fell asleep, I guess it was around 10. Woke up at 2 but there was no game to watch. Got up at 3 and listened to some podcasts. Fried something for breakfast, then started to make a sauce. Baked green tomatos, Sichuan peppercorns and yellow onion until their skin turn a bit black. Then use the hand-held blender to crush them into a paste. Afterward, watched the first episode of Clarkson's Farm and did a running exercise. As last Sunday, I split 45 minutes into 5 sections, with each section containing 6 minutes of running and 3 minutes of walking. Rested for a while after finishing the exercise and then took a bath. Reheated the brisket I made before and started to make Pico ca Gallo. Just put some tomatoes, perpul onion, garlic, green onion white (葱白) and cilantro into the chopper and chop them into small pieces, then added some fresh lime jiuce. I got some Mexican corn tortilla, which I used to wrap the brisket with the pastes I just made. It tasted so fresh and sour, which is a flavor that Chinese cuisines generally lack, I suppose. Maybe I put too much paste, but I didn't taste the flavor of brisket. Well, that is to say, I can wrap anything in it, such as chicken breast. The ingredients for these paste don't have many calories. After lunch, slept for the entire afternoon. Got up at 6 to have dinner, then wrote journals for today.
