Played FIFA a bit later than usual and fell asleep after 9. However, still woke up at 12 and watched some live streaming rather than playinng Civilization since I had already deleted it. Got up then to watch football games and grabbed some food from McDonald's to eat. Still felt tired when it was around 5, so didn't go for a run as planned, which also meant I would not go out in the afternoon as planned. I need to go out, though I don't know the reason clearly. I suppose I should try and figure it out. Missed breakfast and slept until lunch. Same as yesterday, around 2, did the running exercise, which I split into 5 sections:, I run for 5 minutes and walked for 3 minutes for each section. Sprinted in the last two minutes of the running exercise. After a short break, did the cycling exercise, which was relatively easy. Afterwards, took a bath and wrote the journal. Now waiting for the dinner.
