Suddenly can't fall asleep as usual. Oh shit, the start of another cycle? Maybe I should record the sleeping time, including when to sleep and when to wake up, and then try to figure out how to improve it. The data recorded by my Garmin watch were not accurate enough. Finally fell asleep at about 9. Woke up at 3 because of the alarm bell. There wasn't a match I want to watch, so didn't get up. Later, at about 4, got up to play FIFA. After breakfast, had rested for a while before took the English lesson. The American guy was late, so after finished the lesson, I went to bedroom to play piano immediately. Went to study at 9 as usual, played FIFA after lunch as usual, practice English and do the reading as usual, and did nothing after 4 as usual. There were 8 pomodoroes in all, one for piano, exercise and reading respectively, two for job search and three for English. Wrote journal at 5 and is waiting for the weekend.
