Fell asleep at about half past 7, woke up at a little past 3. Got up later, watched a football game and ate some cookies. Changed clothes at 5 as usual to do the cycling, it was a little hard to reach 175w. After breakfast, played FIFA and piano. Went to study to practice English and read a book. After lunch, played FIFA and finished the book I was reading, and then practiced English. It was almost 4 so I didn't play RingFit. Have done nothing after that. So there was 8 pomodoroes in all, one for exercise, one for piano, two for English and four for reading. Started to write journal when I found it was past 5, then as usual, I will wait for the dinner and then go to sleep.
